I had a repeat of lunch with leftovers.
I had rice cakes as a snack.
I was
doing well refraining from eating birthday brownies and then I succumbed
by stress. Thankfully, they were gluten
free. I gobbled it down before I remembered the picture.
I ate half a grapefruit before heading to the gym.
Jacob drove us and I had my 2nd Teamfitness workout. It was difficult! I was so sore from the day before. We worked on pulldowns, bicep curls, lunges, hammer curls, dead lifts, pull ups, ball exchanges, and ball bridges. This was after my assigned 10 minute warm up. Once I was finished with strength, I had to get in my interval run. Linda said that the spin class was more like a base workout since I didn't spend as much time out of zone 1. The interval run was hard but I felt so good when it was over!
Zone 1: 40% Zone 2: 9% Zone 3: 50% I had a little trouble getting down from zone 3
After the run, Jacob and I hit the hot tub for some stretching. It is so nice to have him to talk to.
Once I got home I had corn chex with almond milk and then a snack of roasted almonds while I watched Project Runway with Jeana.
