Day 5


I started out the morning with my protein shake...


I did a little bit of strength training at work, mostly push ups.


I had my leftover turkey meat and veggies for lunch.  I added iceberg lettuce.  I think the lettuce helped me because I felt full.  Since I ate an earlier lunch, I had grapefruit as a snack.


I only wanted to bring half to work so I cut it.  I did end up peeling it.  It was sour but a refreshing snack.  

I had another snack since dinner was going to be late, after spin class.


I was scheduled to get in an interval workout.  My left knee and hip hurt a little so I opted for spin class instead.  I am not sure if it counts as an interval or not.  I did do more than a base workout....more zone 2 & 3 and a teeny bit of zone 4.



I was super hungry by 7:30.  I wolfed down my cobb salad.  


2 eggs, 2 servings of chicken lunchmeat, 3 slices of turkey bacon, 1/2 avacado, a little sprinkle of cheddar, and a little too much salad dressing.  If I had left off the dressing, this would have been a perfectly healthy salad.  

Regardless, I am still under calories for today, drank 68 oz of water, and got in 13,761 steps.
