Day 3

I started the day off right by walking to work.  It was a beautiful morning and it only took 15 minutes. We timed it perfectly because as I was walking into the parking lot the kids were pulling in.

Protein Smoothie with mixed berries and orange juice.

Jacob and I walked home together.  I started cooking a new recipe from my co-worker.  It turned out amazing!
 
Poblano pepper stuffed with ground turkey, carrots, sweet potatoes, and seasonings.  

After cooking, eating, and hanging out with Josh and the kids, it was time to get to the gym.  

I did my first assigned 10 minute warm up.  

2 min @ 3.5
2 min @ 4.3
2 min @ 4.7
2 min @ 5.1
2 min @ 5.5

.75 miles in 10 minutes

Then I jumped into my first base workout.  

30 minutes total: 20 min in zone 1, 10 min in zone 2
2.26 Miles 

I recovered from the run with yin restorative yoga.  

The kids and I enjoyed watching Walking Dead.

Calories: 1,042  Water: 68oz  Steps: 19,514

I made it another day under calories and drinking enough water :)
